Cuisine: American Barbeque About Us

Our fabulous menu includes all homemade side dishes, which are so mouthwatering! Special dry rubs are used for meats, poultry, and fish, along with our Jack Daniel’s vinegar-based marinades. Spicy horseradish BBQ sauce is served up, along with the usual house BBQ sauces, for all our dinner platters. Lobster, shrimp, clams, whatever you choose, will be cooked to perfection and served fresh and hot, buffet style, right in front of you! We feature “Cattleman’s” Brand BBQ sauces and “Franks” Red Hot Original. Refreshments are also included; see the list below. Desserts are also available, and are in addition to per person pricing.

Of course, your custom menu is always welcome!

Know what you're going to get in advance with our sample tastings!

Sample tastings are included with your deposit. What that means is that you choose your menu and we will deliver those samples. That way you can taste exactly what you are going to get at your event.

We also cook whole hogs, steamship round, and new for this year, wild boar!

50 people: $40.95 per person
51-99 people: $39.95 per person
100-199 people: $38.45 per person
200-400 people: $37.95 per person

Smoked BBQ Dinner Meals

Meat Classics

  • Pork spare ribs, dry rubbed or smothered in strawberry brown sugar glaze
  • St. Louis style pork ribs or full pork spare ribs
  • Vinegar-based pulled pork lightly seasoned with western style dry rubs
  • Beef brisket, whole or sliced, using our own New England style dry rubs
  • Pork tenderloin with orange glaze, 1" thick cuts
  • Jumbo turkey legs using a honey mustard sauce glaze
  • Jumbo hot wings
  • Watson’s half chickens
  • BBQ chicken leg quarters lightly seasoned with lemon pepper
  • Pulled pork sandwiches

Seafood classics (these are lightly smoked with an apple/cherry wood blend)

  • Smoked scallops & crabmeat bisque
  • Smoked lobster with rosemary butter, (market price)
  • Smoked salmon with lemon butter
  • Smoked mussels in white wine sauce
  • Tiger shrimp wrapped in bacon, with lemon butter
